Upon completion of your design process our team creates the construction plans with the necessary details to direct the building of your new pool and landscaping. Experienced managers visit your site to ensure the details are correct and your plans are submitted to the governing authority for permits. Our scheduling department will work in close communication with you to begin your construction.

Once your swimming construction begins, our team performs each construction phase in a timely fashion and under the complete direction of Cross Creeks’ management and supervisory staff. Along the way you will see an army of workers being directed by Cross Creek. We perform the vast majority of swimming pool and landscape projects with our own in house crews: planning and design, drafting, plumbing, electrical, tile and masonry to name a few. In addition, our in house landscape crews, under direction of onsite supervisors, provide grading, drainage, irrigation, planting design and installation, curbing, mulching, sod and any other landscape feature that your home requires. Any other outside services that are required to complete your project come from the industries finest and they have been hand picked by us over the years.

Cross Creek Pools insures that your swimming pool is started at plaster by a service technician who will provide a detailed walk through with you and, in addition, will in most cases service your swimming pool for a four week break-in period. This insures that your pool is running properly and will operate as designed for years to come.

Our warranties are additional security that you gain when you purchase your swimming pool and landscaping from Cross Creek Pools. Although warranty problems are a very small percentage of our work effort, they do occur. If that happens, we will be here for you.
